Seven AJV players earned All-State honors; Campbell, McCall named All Stars

Seven current AJV athletes were named to the All-State team for their exceptional high school seasons. The players were nominated by their coaches and chosen by a committee of other coaches from every division. Each division has its own team with no more than 40 athletes. Congratulations to these girls for this huge accomplishment:

  • Ella Shipper (16 Cedar Park) - 4A
  • Gabi Sommerfield (17 Cedar Park) - 4A
  • Lindsey Ledyard (18 Mizuno) -5A
  • elan McCall (17 Mizuno) - 5A*
  • Abby Cheek (17 Molten) - 5A
  • Holly Campbell (17 Mizuno) - 6A*
  • Gabbi Martinez (18 Mizuno) - 6A


*In addition, Holly Campbell and elan McCall were named to the 5A-6A All Star Team. Only 24 incoming seniors were chosen for this high honor. The 24 players will be split into two teams of 12 for a Red vs. Blue All-Star match in July.
