Holly Campbell starting as freshman for Stanford AJV, AJV Boys
Holly Campbell, Class of 2018, has been named a starter for top-ranked Stanford University as she begins her freshman season. In the first match of her career, she posted 3 kills and 5 blocks against American in front of a sellout crowd. She is the only freshman from the Stanford roster that saw playing time in the team's first match.
Holly is in good company, as ten other athletes from the AJV Class of 2018 started as freshman for their collegiate teams. Twenty other athletes from the class got court time on Opening Weekend. Ten more have yet to start their freshmen campaigns.
