Divisions:
Junior Academy | Ages 7-12
- Goal is understand how the team systems and positions work for the sport
- Individual practice for 1 hours of skills on weeknight
- Two Hours of play every other weekend
- Individuals are placed randomly on teams
- Instruction first hour and play the second hour
- Modified Play includes different scoring, rules, player ratios, size of playing surface and equipment.

Premier Academy | Ages 10-15
- Goal is to understand why the different position and systems work together during transitions in competition
- Individuals practice for 1.5 - 2 hours of skills on weeknights
- Two Hours of play every other weekend
- Individuals are placed on teams based on the training location
- Over the program the play transitions from 50% instruction to 100% play.
- Controlled play where certain positions/skills are isolated to increase the quality of play
