Tour of Texas Registration Information

In order to be accepted into the tournament, teams must complete all four requirements listed below by the registration deadline, December 17, 2017.

  1. Register for the Tour Qualifier by clicking the link below
  2. Payment Tour Qualifier entry fee (payment #1) & Stop II/Finals check deposit (payment #2)
  3. Stay to Save Requirement If a club/team is located outside 60 miles of the playing venue, they must reserve at least 5 hotel rooms within the tournament's block for the entirety of the event
  4. NEW Lone Star Region Roster Verification Each team's roster must have a certified referee, certified scorer, and an IMPACT certified coach. Click for the official Lone Star Region statement .
Registration for 2018 Tour Qualifier will open in October

Each team must provide TWO payments in order to be eligible for acceptance into the Tour of Texas Qualifier.

  1. Payment #1 = Tour of Texas Qualifier Entry Fee - Check or paid with credit card on AES - $485
  2. Payment #2 = Stop II and Finals Entry Fees of the Tour of Texas or Lone Star Championship Series - Must be one check per team in the amount of $750
    *This check will only be deposited if the team qualifies for the Tour of Texas or Lone Star Championship Series

*Special circumstances of an individual team drop will be considered for review by the Tournament Director. Please email the appropriate tournament director for any requests.

All entry fees are nontransferable - a team may not apply this entry free to any other tournament.

Tournament refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If the reason for not participating was out of the participant's control, such as inclement weather conditions affecting travel, then a full credit may be given to the team/club and can be applied towards a future ASC/EM2 tournament entry.

  • Late Registration Deadline

  • Please do NOT register or pay for Tour Stop 2 or Tour Finals online at Advanced Event Systems - Team's MUST send the Stop Check Deposit with the Tour Qualifier entry fee.
  • Teams who qualify for the Tour of Texas will automatically be registered for Stop 2 and the Finals in Advanced Event Systems. Please do NOT register your teams for these two events.
  • The acceptance procedure will occur between 1 PM and 3 PM CT each business day.
