We're excited to announce the addition of John Corbelli to our AJV Boys coaching staff! John will be the coach of Boys 18 Mizuno. John was the associate head women's volleyball coach at Texas A&M University for 25 seasons.

While at A&M, his teams made it to the NCAA Tournament 20 times, the Sweet 16 four times, and the Elite Eight twice. Before his collegiate coaching career, John was a member of the USA Volleyball Women's National Team coaching staff that won a silver medal at the 1984 Olympics. 

John played four years for the University of California at Santa Barbara, and was a member of the USA Men's National Team from 1978-79. He also pursued a professional volleyball career overseas until returning to the United States to coach. 

During his coaching career, John also made stops at Nebraska, San Jose State, and his alma mater of UCSB. John's teams have earned two Division I conference championships, several All-American honors, and an Olympic silver medal.
