Kara Teal, Shelby Williams honored by Conference USA

UTSA athletes and AJV Alum Kara Teal and Shelby Williams were both honored by Conference USA after their senior seasons. 

Kara Teal was named to the All-Conference USA Second Team after leading her squad in points (323.5) and hitting percentage (.337). Kara averaged 2.36 kills and 0.84 blocks per set. This was her first All-Conference honor of her career.

Shelby Williams was named to the Conference USA All-Academic team with a 3.95 cumulative GPA as a sport management major. She also led her team in digs with 4.23 per set, and aces with 31.
